I would like to apply for the Chelsea job. I've been a fan for years, basically since Jakob Kjeldberg played for them (a Danish player from my home town, played for them 1997-97). That was way back when they were a mediocre team and before Roman came along and bought the club.
With regards to Fifa, I played in a Fifa 10 league for several seasons. I am a reliable manager and always play my games on time. I was at level 31 and was ranked 5th in my country (Denmark) when Fifa 11 came out, haven't looked at the Fifa 10 leaderboard since. I'm loving the new game already, hope you accept my application :-)
